Our Feature in Carolina Bride Magazine!

We are both thrilled and honored to have one of our ombre ruffled cakes featured in this Season's issue of Carolina Bride Magazine!

This lovely ombre cake was inspired by the Movie "Marie Antionette".  It was a deliciously lovely vanilla bean pound cake with Swiss Merengue ruffled in "mint-sand color" ombre.
The Wedding was at the beautiful Claxton Farm Event Venue in Weaverville, NC.

Happy Love Week!

Happy Love Week, Lovlies! 

Yes!  It's Valentine's week, as well as engagement season here in the beautiful mountains of Western North Carolina.  We have been so very busy as we work with our brides in the planning process of their own cakes.  We have been creating many tasting samples and sketching some brand new designs for 2014!   We are so excited about what will be unveiled this year!  Is a bridal cake in your future?  We would love to schedule a tasting with you!  Here are some mouth watering designs fresh from our cakery just for you!
